GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The UMPV SRL is a company of sale of products of perfumery, hygiene and beauty. The present general conditions of sale have for object the discipline of the purchase of the products carried out at a distance and made available through the Internet from the site www.parco1923.com. The present clauses constitute the General Conditions of Sale that have for object the discipline of the purchase of the products offered by UMPV SRL and sold at a distance through the Internet site www.parco1923.com.<\/p>\n

The present General Conditions of Sale must be carefully examined by the purchasers before proceeding to the completion of the Internet procedure, moment in which they are considered accepted. UMPV SRL reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Unless the modification is more favorable, the purchaser will be subject to the General Rules of Sale in force at the time of sending the Order.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The contract of purchase between UMPV SRL and the buyers is perfected by the exact compilation of the order form and the consent to the purchase.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Art. 2 SUBJECTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seller: UMPV SRL with headquarters in Viale Principe di Napoli 1, 67032 Pescasseroli (AQ) Buyer: the person identified by the data entered at the time of registration or first purchase. The latter must be in possession of the capacity to contract. Therefore, the incapacitated will have to use the parents or legal guardians to place orders. UMPV SRL disclaims any responsibility in relation to the correctness and veracity of the data entered by the user.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Art. 3 FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT AND SENDING OF ORDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1. The prices of the products offered by UMPV SRL are indicated in euros. UMPV SRL may modify the sales prices at any time according to changes in the price list communicated by the distribution companies. This change must be duly reported to buyers. The prices of the products are I. Any change related to VAT will be promptly communicated through the website.<\/p>\n

3.2 Feature of the products The buyer can select one or more products among the different categories present on the Internet site. UMPV SRL may change the assortment of products offered on the website at any time, without prior notice. The products comply with the applicable legislation in Italy in force at the time of the order.<\/p>\n

3.3. Availability of the products The offers presented by UMPV SRL are valid for all the time in which they are published on the Internet site and within the limits of available stocks. It will be care of the UMPV SRL to communicate clearly the momentary unavailability of one or more products.<\/p>\n

3.4 Ordering products Access to the site is free to users and does not imply a purchase constraint. The registration of the user is obligatory to proceed to the purchase through the appropriate form. Sending the purchase order implies acceptance of these General Sales Rules and of the privacy provisions. Received the order UMPV SRL will send an email confirming receipt of the order to the email address provided by the Buyer during registration within 24 hours. Shipping costs provided for orders of less than 100 euros VAT incl. Orders can not be executed in case of errors in the information provided by the Buyer at the time of the Order.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Art. 4 PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The methods of payment allowed are as follows: by credit card, by prepaid card, paypal.<\/p>\n

4.1. Invoicing. To happened payment on demand will be able to be emitted regular invoice from the UMPV SRL and to such purpose it will be necessary that the Buyer correctly furnishes its data VAT to the moment of the order. The invoice will be sent by UMPV SRL to the e-mail address indicated by the customer holder of the order, according to art. 14 d.p.r. 445\/200 and d.l. 52\/2004.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Art. 5 SHIPPING<\/strong><\/p>\n

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER \u20ac100 TO ITALY. Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are made by DHL (for Italy and abroad). For abroad, we guarantee free shipping for orders over \u20ac200. We ship to European Union countries, Switzerland and England. Customs charges and any ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Art.6 DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser in the purchase order. Delivery times start from the date of payment. Orders are shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday, while delivery times vary according to the distance of the recipient. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an order fulfillment and delivery notice email to the Courier, who will take care of getting the shipment to your address as quickly as possible. Subsequently, you will receive an email from the Courier with the link to track your shipment.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Art. 7 RIGHTS AND TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Purchaser may decide to return any PARCO1923 item within 10 days of the delivery date. For the return to be accepted, the Buyer must ensure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received. It is not possible to return items purchased not from our official website. All expenses to proceed with the return, as the responsibility for the loss of theft or damage to the returned products, are borne by the Purchaser.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

RETURN AND REFUND TERMS FOR GIFT CARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you wish to return a gift card purchased online, you have 30 days from the confirmation of your order to exercise your right of return, provided that the gift card has not been used during this period. After 30 days, or if the card has been used during this time, no refund will be possible. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced, or refunded, even partially.
